Linguiça is made using our Mild Chouriço recipe in a slimmer natural casing. We make our Linguiça on site, using our original family recipe of quality spices and freshly cut, never ground, pork. It is then wood smoked in our very own smoke house. Since our Linguiça is made by hand each package varies in weight, 0.90 - 1.10 lbs. 

Ingredients: Pork, vinegar, wine, water, crushed red pepper, salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic in a natural casing.
