We make our Ground Chouriço on site, using our original family recipe of quality spices and freshly cut, never ground, pork. It is then wood smoked in our very own smoke house and ground in small batches to assure maximum freshness. Since our Chouriço is made by hand each package varies in weight, 1 lb. 

Ingredients: Pork, vinegar, wine, water, crushed red pepper, salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic in a natural casing.
